This unit was well suited for my needs. Kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. Cleaning supplies were in the unit, which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. The location couldn’t have been better, being very close to my daughter’s home. I did hear the neighbors above me, late in the evening so bring earplugs. It is in a city, and I expected the garbage trucks, but never thought they were there too early. I had a wonderful stay.

It was a very nice place right on the main street of Georgetown! There is so much to do and see! The Airbnb was very cute, and pictures were accurate! The only compliment would be that a garbage truck comes right next to the building every other day at 7am. Would for sure come and stay here again!

Description accurate, photos accurate, great location, great price. It is true, as others have said, that the windows overlook the back alley to a few restaurants, so garbage collection and restocking trucks begin at about 7am. But they really didn't bother me at all. If you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, it is a great place. I would stay here again.

Great location! Close to shops, restuarants coffee shops, and, for us, just a short walk to our GWU student's apartment. As many have stated, the early morning trash puck ups weren't ideal, but if you're an early riser or heavy sleeper, it's not a big deal.
