Nikos was very kind with us! He wait for us to arrive even if our flight was late in the evening! Nikos was always available for any kind of support and gave us all the instruction needed to spend at the best our vacation! The apartment is wonderful!!! Very clean and just in front of the sea!!! We highly recommend both Nikos and his apartment!! Thanks a lot for all your support and friendship Nikos!!!!

Elias house is a gem- the decor very cozy, and the house located beautifully just next to the beach. We have loved our stay here as a family of four, and can’t wait to come back. The seafood at the restaurants is great, especially when you know it is delivered directly to the restaurants by Nikos the host. And Nikos is a great host; does everything he can to make your stay as good as he can, and responds to all your questions immediately. Actually I am almost afraid to write too many nice things about Elias house, in case it gets fully booked- because we are already planning when we can get back- but I cannot hide that this is the best place we have stayed in Karpathos.

A beautiful house in a lovely place beside the small and peaceful Finiki Harbour. :-) Different Tavernas just down the house where you can eat fresh fish and nice Greek Food. If you want to travel around the island from Finiki you can reach by car everything you want. Nikos is simply great ! He takes care of you during vacation also when he is not physically present maybe because he is fishing :-). By the way he is a really good fisherman ! :-) Nikos can support you giving suggestions, and everything you need to visit Karpathos. The house is perfect, and clean. We stayed one entire week and Nikos provide us fresh towels and cleaned the house also during our stay. We wonder to come back soon !! Enjoy Karpathos Island and Finiki !!!

With my wife and my three children (8,4,1) we spent eleven days in the unforgettable Finiki in Nikos' comfortable and charming home. Hearing the sound of the sea waves inside the house at the beginning and end of the day is what vacation is for me. Thanks.
