We paid for one night and was told valet was going to be specific charging through Airbnb, and when we got there, it was more than what we were told and it was cheaper for those who checked in without using Airbnb they received better rates than those who did use Airbnb The only reason we chose the hotel was one. It was close to the center of the city and we needed that packing play, which was not provided for us as demonstrated on Airbnb.
