The weather is not the fault of the owner but saying in the listing that it has air conditioning and then finding out that one of the bedrooms did not in 103 degree temps should be noted. Very disappointed. Also the WiFi never worked.

The landlady did not care about our stay, she was slow to respond to our messages, gave us wrong information about the connection to the city (there was no public transport, we had to travel on foot), and also gave us the wrong internet code. Very detailed information was provided only about garbage sorting and disposal. There was no grocery store in Sulmaresanvito, so food had to be brought from elsewhere. The air conditioner was working very poorly in the apartment the electricity went out, the kitchen was very small and not suitable for a group of seven people. The price of the apartment did not correspond to the quality of the services provided. The place of the apartment is quite authentic, interesting, with a local southern Italian charm.
