No words really can explain how I love and enjoy my stay in this newly renovated apartment! The location in Oroklini was perfect, surrounded by a lush garden and just steps away from the beach. The brand new balcony was a fantastic addition, offering sea views and ultimate relaxation. With nearby attractions and convenient transportation options, my stay was nothing short of amazing. Plus, free private parking made everything even easier. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway in Oroklini!

Ich kann mich den letzte Gästen Bewertungstechnisch nur anschließen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft okay. Positiv : Die Nachbarn waren sehr sehr gastfreundlich!

Kate was a friendly and responsive host. Her apartment was everything we needed it to be, and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it is close to the sea, has enough place for parking, and the apartment is spacious. We came in the evening so it took us a little while to find the entrance but I guess during the day that is no problem. The interior is a bit outdated and would require a bit of maintenance. Also, before using it, we needed to wash the glasses and cutlery as they were not so clean. We had a nice welcome from the host´s parents that live just next door. We appreciated the location of Oroklini is further from all the noise from the city, yet it has some nice cafes. And you can reach the busy Larnaka nightlife by bus in 20 minutes.

The location is perfect, 5 min to the beach and 7 min to the closest store. When we arrived in the fridge were fruits and cold drinks The host always on the phone and helped us very much with everything! When we need to go to the hospital they called us a taxi, when we found the kitten in the car near the apartment they called the police. I do recommend this apartment and host!
