This place was a great value! Just a few steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk, beach, and tons of restaurants. We stayed a week without renting a car and it was the perfect location. Also within the limits of the Hollywood circuit that offers $2 rides around town.

First off, Veronika and the staff at the villas were very good. Communicated well, professional and helpful. The room itself was not great. We arrived late (around 2am) and were not thrilled about the room. The comforter had cigarette burns on it, there was no smoke detector, the appliances had rust on them and the room had a musty, old cigarette smell. The next morning, we brought our concerns to the lady at the front desk and she was helpful and polite. Maintenance installed a smoke detector, we received a new comforter and our parking was comped (a note on the parking, there are more units than parking spots so we weren’t able to park at the villas every night and alternative parking options are expensive). Unfortunately, the smell lasted the entirety of our stay. We had to wash all our clothes and air out our luggage once home. I can’t speak to the quality of the other rooms, perhaps the other rooms are much better, but personally I would not stay again if the conditions stayed the same. The location was good, a very short walk to the beach and (if we didn’t deal with the above negatives) the price was good!

We had such a great stay! We were in room 11. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great as well! We woke up every morning extremely well rested. The girl at the front desk is the sweetest and absolutely the best! She let us leave our bags so we could enjoy the beach till our check in time. She even offered a different room if we wanted to check in early but it was too close to the main road so we decided to wait till the regular check in time. But she was so kind and accommodating! There’s a few outside areas on the grounds where you can sit and relax or have a cookout. There’s also a whole storage closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas and they also provide beach towels which was so convenient and greatly appreciated. The beach and restaurants are about 200 feet from the room. I really enjoyed being close to the outside theater as well where there’s life music at night. Our favorite places to eat were on the other side of the highway with the best ones being GG’s, Taverna Opa and Giorgio’s bakery which is also a restaurant with excellent food, especially the pizza and chicken souvlaki plater. On the broadwalk our favorite places were the land shark restaurant, broadwalk restaurant and the 2 Cuban places( one is across from the land shark and the other is next to the Taco restaurant) both are outstanding! We had such a great trip and I would absolutely recommend staying here! Thanks again!

The location was great just steps away from the beach. The room was outdated but clean. This is a hotel/motel and I was not provided check-in or check-out directions. I messaged the host twice and did not get a reply. Once to try and receive check-in directions before arrival and then again to confirm check out as there was no one in the office to assist with checking out. Overall our experience was good and it is a good value.
