I have stayed at quite a few airbnbs on St Thomas, and this is one of my favorites! The description in the listing matches the reality and we had a great stay. Pierre is always helpful if needed, but there were no questions or issues as all went smoothly. Everything was very clean, updated, comfortable, safe, and easy. The house is high enough on the mountain to have cooler breezes and a nice view of the harbor downtown. It’s right off the main roads, has driveway parking, and no stairs to deal with. The downstairs neighbor was friendly and quiet and we liked him, too. I found the description in this listing very accurate, except for regarding a couple negative reviews. I’m not sure what people expect from a tropical island, but this house was perfect for the price point. We loved it and would absolutely choose it again.

The home has a great view of the city and the water! It looks great during day and night. Each room has a well working air conditioner, which is not common for the island. The pool was great! It is located on the hill, but not too far up. You def will need a rental car! The host answered my couple of questions VERY quickly and politely. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

I am from St Thomas and my family were visiting had no room for all of them in my house . I had to up them in the house and we all felt at home with a beautiful view of town clean kitchen bathroom bedroom and the whole surrounding. Pierre was a great host very responsive. Big area to hang out by the pool with a barbecue. Totally recommend.

Do not stay here!! We had to leave!! We had to find last minute accommodations for my family once we checked in. The place is disgusting, bugs, no hot water, windows do not close, no air conditioning only in bedrooms (and windows don’t close) broken windows, cracked tiles, old stained couches, pool dirty —this is not a vacation. Windows do not have curtains and there is a guy who shares building- he pulled in at 9pm and can see us inside-no privacy. It was just so bad I’m sad I bought my family here. My 8 year old go shocked on an exposed wire. Still working with Airbnb to get a full refund, host refuses to refund me fully. Very sad- this listing needs to be removed

My family of six were perfectly comfortable and enjoyed a relaxing time in Pierre’s home. The view was incredible and it was a great deal for a private place with a pool. I would book it again no question!
