Amazing beach and ocean views, great coastal location . This stylish fully furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment is perched above Tamarama Beach. Wall-to-wall glass sliding doors allow panoramic views over the beach and sea. You can watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean from the living area, a beautiful way to experience sydney. Large 1-bedroom apartment with amazing ocean views. You'll be whale watching from the living room or checking the waves before you head down for a morning swim or surf. The apartment is beautifully furnished with designer pieces and fully renovated with modern quality finishes including a modern kitchen fully equipped with Ilve appliances and marble benchtops, a renovated bathroom, a large shower, and internal laundry. Queen Bed has the deluxe mattress for high comfort sleep and quality linen, built-in wardrobes, and ample hanging space. Smart TV with Netflix, Stan, and Apple TV, and a fireplace, or you can just relax on the balcony and watch the surfers, dolphins, whales, birds and world go by. The building was designed by modernist architect Harry Seidler in the 1960s and has recently undergone $100 + million redevelopment and renovations. The reviews are all prior to the renovations, building exterior is upgraded, landscaped gardens as well as adding parking, balconies, new lifts, and security systems. Situated in Sydney's best beach suburbs and most scenic location. Underground parking in a secure building.

Victoria's place was so nice I extended my stay 3 times - read my other review for additional details on the unit. 5+++++ stars in every possible category: views, cleanliness, decor, cozy factor -- not to mention the ocean breezes and proximity to so many beaches. Massive thanks to Victoria for being a first class host. And for giving me so many recommendations & local tips for beaches, cafes, & hikes. Her genuine hospitality and enthusiasm for the area made me feel right at home. Beautiful, clean, and very new unit in an unbeatable location with a truly local host: highly recommended. Ignore the prior reviews of Victoria's place. Reviews older than 2024 are outdated. I stayed for nearly 3 months from January to March 2024. The building, the grounds, and the unit have been completely renovated. Everything is brand new and in pristine condition. Highly recommended. The description and photos were 100% accurate and honestly do not do it justice. - Very clean interior. Not a spec of dust. - In 3 months the only thing I saw was an occasional fly passing through. ZERO pests of any other kind (as mentioned in an older, outdated review). - Supremely comfortable bed - Dishwasher - No microwave. - Washer/dryer in-unit, not shared (shared laundry in the basement is the standard for most buildings in this area). - Everything is fully stocked, including beach towels, full kitchen kit, etc - Designated underground parking (parking is very scarce in the area). - Elegant decor. Cozy and welcoming. Designer quality. 10 stars. Lucky to find this place with dates available
Vitoria’s apartment is beautiful and the view is spectacular. The building and the grounds are rough in appearance but the inside of the apartment is nice. A couple of things I think would be nice to have are a microwave, a dishwasher, and maybe a couple more mugs (it has 3 now). It is a short walk to Tamarama beach, which is a smaller, prettier, and less crowded beach compared to the nearby and more famous Bondi Beach. The unit is very well appointed with linens, beach towels, kitchen supplies, and even a surf board. I would mention that I saw a few roaches running around inside the unit, which was offputting.

We really enjoyed our stay at Victoria’s apartment. Victoria was super responsive to all our questions and provided very useful tips on the best food spots. She left the apartment spotless for us and checking in overall was super easy. A big plus for me was the bed - probably one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on and it’s quite likely we’ll buy the same mattress for our home. The views from the living room are just fantastic - the pics almost don’t do it justice. It can’t get much better, with sweeping views of Tamarama Beach and the park next to it. Light sleepers might like some ear plugs, since in the mornings you sometimes hear the birds as well as a bit of noise from neighbors. All in all, definitely a great apartment that we’d love to stay in again! Thanks, Victoria!

The building is located above Tamarama park so the gentle sounds of bird song in the mornings mix peacefully with the sounds of the ocean.
Tamarama beach is a short 3 minutes stroll down the steps through the park. Another 5 minutes walk north along the coast you are on the famous Bondi Beach or 3 minutes south along the coastal path gorgeous Bronte Beach. The coastal walk is stunning, you can walk all the way to Coogee Beach approximately 45 minutes, winding your way past Bronte and Clovelly Beaches, Gordon’s Bay which is lovely to snorkel and finally Coogee Beach at the end. There are ocean pools at Bronte, Coogee and Bondi Beaches, local gyms and yoga centres and the coastal path makes for great morning runs.
All the local beaches are surrounded by villages of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. There are many places for getting social with the locals Surry Hills, Potts Point, Darlinhurst are all within 10 minutes and an abundance of hidden spots in the parks and ocean cliffs for quiet moments and skinny dipping.
The closest shops, bars and restaurants are 3 minutes walk. The bus route is at the end of the street running regularly to Bondi Junction (big shopping centre, train station) the city CBD, Circular Quay and many other local neighbourhoods.
