This was the second time we stayed in Kates apartment. The apartment was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed. The bedlinen, pillows and beds were so comfy. Lovely soft bathroom towels too. The views of the city and river from the floor to ceiling glass windows are an absolute highlight. Waking up to multiple airballons in a blue skyline was so refreshing. Kate's special touch of providing Ferrero Rocher Chocolates is very thoughtful and a special treat to go with the coffee pods provided for a relaxing morning while savouring the views. Being provided with a secure basement carpark close to the lifts was a plus, as was the location to walk to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. Communication with Kate was excellent and she even touched base to see if we needed any recommendations or assistance with anything. I highly recommend Kates apartment and look forward to staying there again. Thank you Kate for being such a wonderful host.

The Host: Kate From the start, Kate nailed it as a host by meeting me at the door during check-in time. She left a thoughtful, handwritten note to make me feel welcome as well. She’s the best host I’ve ever had and I’ve been using Airbnb for years. Not to mention, I had some specific requests which she was prompt to reply to. The Place I had such a fun time staying in the South Yarra for two months. The space is conveniently located overlooking the Yarra River (the pictures are 100% accurate), walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a seemingly unlimited number of places to drink at. You can sit on the river bank, cook a feast on the public electric bbqs, and watch the rowers practice their strokes as you reflect that you’re probably staying at the best Airbnb you ever will. Stay here.

We LOVED the stay at Kate’s apartment. The view is even better than the photos! The location is absolutely perfect, located on the yarra river, walking distance to some of Melbournes best restaurants and shops, and close to public transport. The bedding was spotless and very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen very clean! Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here when visiting Melbourne
