I am a through and through Achill man with a great love of the place. I grew up in Achill and had a very happy, busy, hard working (Website hidden by Airbnb) Achill is one of the most beautiful places on earth to live it has one massive drawbacks... (Website hidden by Airbnb) a young age children have to leave to further their education or emigrate all over the world for employment, I was no different although I stayed in Ireland as a civil servant. I still return to Achill on a regular basis and after all these years still refer to Achill as "home". Achill Atlantic House allows me to share my home with people who want to experience the beauty of my island Achill, in the sunshine, violent storms or wet weather as each day, condition releases it's own beauty unique to Achill. On rare occasions after a storm we may get intermittent power outages or water supply may be disrupted but our local ESB and water connectors have us back in action in a short period of time.
