O apartamento da Luciana é muito confortável! A vista descansa os olhos e e privacidade é total. A varanda e as janelas dos quartos fica de frente para área de preservação permanente próxima ao mar. Do apartamento ouve-se o barulho das ondas e nada mais. É tranquilo, espaçoso, bem organizado e prático. A varanda é tão boa que se Dorival Caymmi se hospedasse por lá, certamente comporia belas canções para aquele lugar. Obrigado, Luciana e Matheus!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially in the early morning during the sunrise. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The beach was incredible and a short distance to walk to on foot. The hosts were hospitable, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Passamos dias maravilhosos neste apartamento lindo e bem decorado. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Perto de tudo que precisamos em termos de cidade, como cinema, supermercado, restaurantes etc. Bem pertinho da praia, que vamos por uma trilha linda. O Matheus e a mãe são sempre muito atenciosos. Só temos que agradecer. Retornaremos certamente.

I had a lovely stay, beginning from the perfect communication with Matheus who provided a detailed, fully clear pdf how to get into the apartment, the garage etc, I could enter without problems on my own. The flat was very clean and equipped with everything needed and more - there were even beach towels and an umbrella for the sun. The location is magnificient, it's a 5 min walk to the beach that is vast. From that position I could easily go explore the north and the south of the island. Good restaurants nearby and even a thai massage spa. Highly recommended, I will surely book again for a future stay in Floripa!
