Idyllic location, close to the beach. Spacious accommodation with a beautiful deck area. Although we didn’t meet Roxanne she was a helpful host who responded quickly to our questions. We had everything we needed for a lovely quiet weekend.

Bel espace de cuisine, deux salles de bains, immense terrasse bien ombragée, moustiquaires, mais avons mangé dehors tous les soirs sans, problème. Pour les repas, le Board des agriculteurs à côté du marché aux poissons aide beaucoup à vous approvisionner en légumes; fruits frais . Samedi pm, dimanche, lundi pas de poisson les autres jours poisson frais fantastique

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Firefly. Great location. We loved the veranda.

I definitely would not recommend, as Roxanne left us stranded without toilet paper and was not responsive during our stay. She eventually apologized stating that she would bring some the morning that we checked out only to stop communicating again. The views are beautiful, but the house could be better kept. The second bedroom does not have a queen sized bed as listed and there were no instructions for the wifi or the stove. Walking estimates listed were totally off, as the beach and road are not a 2 and 10 minute walks(even if taking brisk steps). The only positive about my experience with this host is that she sent her husband to meet me at the ferry when I accidentally left my Bluetooth headphone on the bed. While i truly appreciated the gesture, I would never want to have the rest of this experience with another airbnb host again. The place has potential, but unfortunately the host doesn't seem to care.

There are many things to love about the Firefly: a huge deck, a well-appointed kitchen with lots and lots of flatware, dinnerware, and cookware... lots of towels, a comfortable bed, a huge number of books, and a quiet location near a secluded beach (we didn't hear one single dog bark during our stay, unlike other locations where barking dogs are an annoyance). If you get the chance, you've got to have dinner at Bogle's Roundhouse--Roxanne is a master chef! We've loved every single dinner we've had there, more times than we can count during our five (so far) visits to Carriacou. Aside from being the best cook in the Grenadines, Roxanne is helpful and trustworthy... we highly recommend this rental and we look forward to returning in the future... Lisa & Christophe
