First of all - Peter was great from day 1. Provided me with a extended stay discount, allowed me to have early check-in free of cost, and gave some local recommendations. This is a great place to stay for a day/two or a weekend. But I was staying for 11 nights and just found little annoyances throughout, nothing major and being very nitpicky: the AC/Heating unit isn't the best, so it was difficult to control temperature in the unit. The shower (European style to fit the "Nordic" vibe) has this glass wall that is just a foot to short and it makes showering and not getting water everywhere a little challenging. Teeny washer/dryer and is somewhat finicky (but it was still a nice to have). Stovetop also a little finicky, as well as the bathroom slides barn door. Stuff like that; somethings just need a little tightening. Location 10/10 (2 blocks from Hyde Park, 15min bike ride to downtown), the natural sunlight 10/10, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Overall: 4.8/5. Thanks Peter! =)

Our stay at Peter's loft was absolutely incredible, 10/10. The loft is in heart of Hyde Park, so if you love to go for walks, dine at neighborhood restaurants, and cozy up at night this place is for you!!!

The place was spotless, comfortable and had a wonderful location. Peter and his team were excellent with communication and available to answer our questions. We had never used the August app before so that was a new feature to us but it was effortless upon arrival. Highly recommend this stay!

Peter’s studio was incredible! Best Airbnb experience I have had from the actual place itself, the location, and the impeccable responsiveness. I was visiting my sister and her newborn who lives on Harrison and needed a spot to myself. I had everything I needed including streaming service, full kitchen with condiments, washer dryer, even the bathroom toiletries were so thoughtful, my own gravel driveway, and it felt secure and safe and was easy to access. I already tried to booo my next trip in May with Peter but he dates are unavailable. I will always stay here when visiting family in Boise if it’s open! Thanks Peter & team!
