We enjoyed our stay, the staff were quick to help with any questions or concerns. The place is walkable to shops though a bike would be ideal, or rental car. We ended up renting a car (American Car Rental worked out well), the walk got a bit much with kids. The pool in the complex wasn't very inviting, always had leaves in it, our kids didn't even want to swim there. I'd suggest bringing beach towels. It is off the main road far enough to not hear traffic, and most cabs knew the place to drop us off at. Mon Tulum. (Cabs are so expensive!) Miroslava is very nice and was a great host. If you're down to stay just outside the main town, and just back from the beach, in a quiet place, this is for you.

We had a wonderful stay. We were warmly treated upon arrival and given a number of fantastic dining recommendations. When we did have a maintenance issue they were very responsive and persistent until things were fixed. The space was perfect for our family of three. The rooftop plunge pool and swings were a highlight.

Besides some maintanance issues we had a great stay at Ben’s place. We really enjoyed the rooftop and the location was excellent for both getting to town and the beach. Our concierge Miroslava was very responsive and helpful throughout.

We loved staying here! It looked just like the pictures, gorgeous. My favorite part was the penthouse suite. The property was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. We loved using the Sonos to play music. The other amenities such as the hammocks and yoga area were nice. However, the jacuzzi didn't get hot which wasn't ideal so we didn't get in. This property was private, had security, and felt safe. It is fairly walkable to downtown (about 25 mins). The concierge service: We enjoyed it but, it wasn't ideal. They were very responsive & helpful. However, the places they suggested were the most expensive restaurants & beach cubs in Tulum because I'm sure they have partnerships with them. I suggest looking up some restaurants on your own for better deals. The airport transportation was a bit messy due to the company they hired for us. You NEED a car to get around Tulum and taxis are expensive so keep that in mind. Try the private chef, it was a nice experience!
