Host was very response. Parking situation was a pain but was clearly explained prior to us booking so we knew about it. Home could use a few more basics if people want to do a lot of cooking. The biggest concern we had was that the bedrooms are completely separate. You go to the top of the stairs to access the patio and hot tub and the first bedroom is right there and then you have to walk through that bedroom to get to the second bedroom. There is no privacy in the first bedroom at all. This would likely be fine if traveling with kids but did not work well for two adult couples.

We had a lovely stay at this Air B&B! We stayed for a night to attend a concert at the Bell Place, and it was in such a great location for transport and metros. The hot tub was an amazing touch, and we will definitely be back hopefully in the warmer months! Only "complaint" is please provide more blankets next time! We all like to bundle up hahaha. We can just bring some of our own next time!

We had great communication with the host Isabelle. She was right on top of anything we needed. The space is in a good location near many cafes and restos. Great bagel place nearby-hang a left leaving the bldg, go 1block and another left and it’s right there. The space was clean, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, cooking items-pots pans strainer, etc. Great Indian nearby called Le super Qualite( sounds ridiculous but so good). Only drawbacks were many stairs (no elevator), and parking is EXTREMELY expensive ($4.25/hr), and you have to keep moving your car bc of crazy sides of street rules. Try to find a spot on Jeanne-mance street or esplanade street that doesn’t have permit only parking. (Read the host guide inside the apt for more explanation.) Took us a while to figure it all out because it is written all in French on the str signs of course and you have to pay attention to the arrows. We got real lucky finding a spot on the street after some time. Would stay again!

It was a pleasure to stay here! The place was very clean, especially the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Berish and his team were very responsive and even let me do a late checkout which was so nice considering I had a 7 hour drive back home. The neighborhood has nice places to eat & plenty of parking options. I would stay again next time I’m in Montreal!
