I stayed with my pets for a month while I was out of town for work. The house is adorable and you can tell the effort the hosts put in to keep it fun and updated. I had a few technical difficulties with the internet but Rachel and Matthew were super helpful and responsive while we got it fixed. It’s an older house so it can get pretty warm in the summer months despite the AC, so it can be helpful to bring your own fan if you tend to run warm 😄 Overall, a very cute place and perfect for my stay! 😁

Worst experience ever. The place was so hot we couldn't even stay the night. We had to drive 4 hours back to Saint Louis after the concert we attended. The host tried to say it was the "grid" causing the AC issues. The "grid" has nothing to do with the AC running correctly. We weren't having power blackouts. Not only did we not get to stay there I couldn't even get a full refund only a partial. We lost $75 on a place that should have never been rented out without fixing the AC. Do yourself a favor and skip the headache and hassle of trying to stay there.

Stayed here for a concert and it was perfect! It’s super cute and was just what we needed. It was also a good distance from everywhere we needed to go and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

I stayed at Rachel and Matthew’s with a group of friends to have a central landing spot for the Taylor Swift concert and enjoy some general girl time with a friend visiting from out of town. They were thoughtful and responsive hosts, and even left us some extra snacks and wine. Their place was charming and as described — they’re not kidding about needing to duck to go upstairs. I’m 5’3” and still needed to duck. Be sure to look for the teeny tiny fireplace when you stay!
