Craig’s place was perfect for our family of 5! Never had trouble getting an Uber and the Columbia Heights Metro was less than half mile away! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and we felt right at home. I was shocked at how little noise we could hear for being in the city - I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place! Very homey and comfortable and has a great location that is walkable to restaurants and cafes. We slept 6 people comfortably with person #5 on the pull-out couch and person #6 on the blowup bed with space to still sit at the table and move around. The owners are very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Craig’s apartment worked well for our stay with our baby and grandparents. Craig was responsive and when it turned out there wasn’t a high chair in the unit as advertised, Craig had one brought over. Kitchen is well-outfitted. Very walkable area. Note that this listing requires you to do some clean-up before leaving (despite the $125 cleaning fee), which we felt was a bit of a handful given that we were traveling with a baby. Steep narrow staircases both inside and outside were also a bit treacherous with a baby, though there is a baby gate for the interior staircase should you need one.

Craig's place is in a perfect location. Definitely a "city vibe" and lively but pretty quiet and it always felt safe. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The Metro is just a few blocks away. Great bus service too. In addition to the location, the house itself is well arranged and has everything that could be needed. Entering and exiting the house was a snap because of the easy to use locks. I would stay here again for sure. And the price was right!

Craig was great. He communicated well and the instructions/photos made it easy to find and enter. The location was great - just a few blocks from the metro and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It was also wonderful to have on site parking available to us. We would say again if back in the area.
