The experience overall was nice. Irena was really helpful in giving me tips on everything and it was nice chatting to her. She was really responsive in replying messages. No complaints on cleaniess. The room is well lit with a lot of big windows. Good for working from home although wifi is not the fastest. Plenty of storage in the room for one big and one small luggage plus some more bags. Also love that you can make meals in the kitchen with ease. The flat is on the 4th floor of the building so if you hate stairs, it might not be ideal. Slight smell on the stairs but not a big deal. There are co ops within a 2 minute walk for groceries (not the cheapest tho) but good enough choices. Restarants, cafes and bakeries are within 5 minute walk too. Ease of transport is great (super close to tube station and plenty of bus stops nearby). It is mostly really quiet in the neighborhood, sometimes too quiet at night which might not be safe in my opinion if you are a young lady.

I highly recommend a stay at Irena s place The room is amazing with these large windows The view is great The bed is comfortable and the linen amazing The neighbourhood is nice and quiet You have everything you need I liked all the books and maps about London also The location is awesome With a lot of parks around You can easily walk to Marylebone through Regents Park Irena is really caring and provides information as well as stuff you could need her kindness and trust towards you is rare IMPORTANT to know You will share the kitchen bathroom and toilets not only with Irena who is tidy clean and neat but with another guest who might be less caring and tidy … especially in these areas where most of us need cleanliness so BE AWARE that not everyone cleans after them !! And also it can be a bit noisy sometimes if people don’t pay attention to be quiet when they leave or enter the flat For the rest it’s perfect !!

1 minute walk to a nice Tube station and almost on the high street with classy bars and restaurants. Walking distance to many parks and ponds. The host is so helpful and the apartment is spotless with a very comfortable sleep and block out curtains. I would book again happily
