Lilly was friendly and provided clear check-in instructions. Her place was neat and clean and in an excellent location. We were able to easily walk from downtown and the area was very quiet in the evening.

The apartment was just a pictured in the listing. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lilly was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a good experience staying at Lillys place, the home a dark and the furniture is a bit worn. We were coming into town to watch the NCAA basketball games with our son, who is a student at Skidmore, the TV was not working, and Lily was not responsive to coming over and helping fix the problem. We spent over an hour trying to fix the problem ourselves with no luck, we then asked for a refund as we had to then scramble to book another place, so that we could watch the games, Lily first agreed to that refund, but then never followed through.
