Located in a lovely neighbourhood. Great for a shorter stay in Vilnius. It's easy to get transport into the city and close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Not a good fit for someone who wants to work or cook meals at home. Kai is a responsive host and is flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out.

Kai's place is great. The studio is small, but well designed and there is plenty of space. Bright colours and big window with nice view onto the park and TV tour really helps with spaciousness. The entrance to the studio through worn down communal corridors smelling of potatoes took a little bit getting used to, although that was exactly as I expected since I read other reviews. Nevertheless, inside the studio is really nice, clean, and not smelly (I am very sensitive to that). My partner and I stayed there for the whole month, as we were looking somewhere inexpensive to rent over Christmas holiday, since we were going to be out and about visiting fiends and family. Nevetheles, we did spend a lot of time indoors, and it was really enough space for the two of us to chill and do a bit of work. Great location with a lot of good transport, massive park on one side and shopping centre 15 min walk. Price is really reasonable, I think it is really good deal if you can ignore the corridor.

We had an enjoyable stay at Kai's place, it's small, but not cluttered and has everything you need for a short stay - especially if you are planning on being out and about much of the time. If you also want somewhere with space to cook, clean your clothes and chill or work, this is not the place for you, but for a reasonably priced, pleasant, and easy stay in Vilnius, it's great.

Jedyny minus całego pobytu to zablokowane drzwi na klatkę pierwszego dnia a klucz nie działał. Udało się wejść po kontakcie z sąsiadami. Następnego dnia usterka została wyeliminowana

Eine schöne Wohnung. Das Haus und der Flur sind eher weniger einladend. Dennoch hat sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt, um Vilnius zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber.
