This apartment is truly a gemstone. Very very clean, huge kitchen, 2 huge balconies and lovely surroundings. It is one of the coziest places I booked over time in Greece. Here from you can easily drive to nearby beaches, most of them protected by law. Moreover, many historical sites or various touristic attractions are at most one hour drive. Very pet friendly, if you love dogs and cats you feel at the right place. Georgia is a lovely host and we felt very well during our stay in Kyparissia. Thank you for everything!

Αποχωρήσαμε από το κατάλυμα πριν 5 ημέρες, και ήδη προγραμματίζουμε πότε θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά. Είμαστε οικογένεια, αποτελούμενη από δύο ενήλικες και δύο παιδιά. Πρόκειται για πεντακάθαρο χώρο, ευρύχωρο, κοντά σε καταστήματα και παραλίες. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πολύ ευγενική και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε ασφαλείς και ευπρόσδεκτοι. Είναι σίγουρα μια επιλογή που αξίζει τα χρήματα που δαπανά κάποιος.

Δεν γράφω συχνά κριτικη στην εν λόγω πλατφόρμα, αλλά νομίζω ότι πρέπει να το κάνω για κάθε επισκέπτη που κοιτάζει το δωμάτιο. Πραγματικά το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, η κα Γεωργία ευγενεστατη και το σπίτι κάτι παραπάνω από καθαρό. Extra tip: η κα Γεωργία έχει κουτουλες και πολλά λαχανικά, τα οποία με μεγάλη προθυμία μας έδωσε για τον μικρό μας!

Location of Georgia's house is great, easy and accessible, approx. 200 m from the main road. Lidl is also 200 m away, Sklavenitis is 600 m. You get the key for the gate, fully fenced, huge, very beautiful property with garden, private parking with a sun shade, dogs as an additional guard. Appartment is very spacious, equiped with everything you can imagine, and much more than you will ever need. It is not overcrowded with personal things, it is not minimalistic, it's just right. Dining area and the kitchen are the one very big space, maybe 40m². Preparing food is easy. Fridge is big enough. Bedroom is also very large, the bed is comfortable and big, and there is huge storage space for clothes. There are two terraces, one normal size, one very large, on two adjacent sides of the house. On both of them, there are huge adjustable sun shades. With all that space, there is not much left for the bathroom, but it was good for us, so it is not something negative, just a description. It has a washing machine, big sink and a shower. They have mosquito nets. There was no need for it, because there was not a single mosquito, at least not this year. Still, it serves a purpose for other insects. Wifi has a stable connection, we haven't lost it not even once, but it is slow, as it is in almost all of Greece. For normal internet use, stable wifi is much more important than the speed. We would like to emphasize two things: cleanliness and condition of everything in the appartment. Number one, it is super clean, it is just spotless. Number two, everything we used, no matter if it is new or old, including appliances, works properly, every button, every knob, nothing is squiqing...so you can really see that someone is taking care of that place. This is really hard to find, so really good value for the money. Communication with the host was perfect, prompt. They are ready to help you if you need something, as most of the Greeks are. You have many beaches in the area, but essentially, that is one 40 km long sandy beach. You will definately need a car. Generaly, the place is very peaceful and quiet day and night. Only thing that brakes the silence from time to time is barking of the dogs in the neighborhood, but you have to remember that you are in the nature and in the village, not in some city flat. That was not a problem for us, but we are mentioning for other people. Almost anyone will get used to it the second night, as you do to crickets or birds. For someone more sensitive, you can close windows that have perfect acoustic isolation. All in all, if this kind of holliday is your kind, you can't go wrong with Georgia's house.

Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι ευρύχωρο με πολύ ευχαριστώ περιβάλλαιον ειδικά για τα παιδιά.Ο κήπος έχει αιώρα και κούνιες και φυσικά δύο υπέροχα σκυλάκια.Θα το επισκεφτούμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία ξανά σίγουρα!!!
