Le logement est très bien situé avec une magnifique vu sur le lac. Bel extérieur clôturé et calme. En revanche la propreté du logement laisse à désirer (poussières, toiles d’araignées,insectes et électroménager non nettoyés avant notre arrivé). Cependant la literie et le linge de maison était propre. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de chauffer l’eau ce qui ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter. Le rapport qualité prix de ce logement n’est pas au rendez vous.

Communication & Check-in: fantastic communication and response time from hosts. Directions to the home were clear, and self-check in was easy. Location: the home was situated up on a hill and was very private, with fantastic views of Lake Como and an olive grove. The access road was shared with some industrial buildings, which obscured the view a little, and were noisy during the week days. As others have mentioned, it was about a ~35-minute walk to the center of Bellagio. The walk was along the main road, which was very busy, extremely curvy and narrow with limited sight distance, had no sidewalks, and was often times frightening to traverse. Driving is definitely recommended. Cleanliness & Condition: the home had several fantastic outdoor areas to eat and relax, however the interior did not meet our expectations. The bottom floor felt dingy and musty, like a dungeon, and smaller than photos suggested. The home was not clean (cobwebs and dust all over) and there were many spiders and bugs sighted inside. The spiral staircase, used to access the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, was quite narrow, felt unstable, and was difficult to maneuver. The hot tub did not operate properly for us (wouldn't heat up) and looked like dirty bath water after using it 2 times. I don't believe that the water was chlorinated (had no smell.) There was air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, which worked great! Misc: the Wifi worked intermittently and was quite slow at times. Would not recommended if you're working remotely. The home came with a laundry machine and Lavazza pod-style espresso maker, but the host does not provide any laundry detergent or coffee pods. Overall, assuming the place is cleaned, the hot-tub is functional, and you have a car, the house is a great and private place to relax outside with nice views.

séjour en famille avec un enfant de 2.5 ans idéal. Emplacement parfait en voiture. On n'a pas pu trop en profiter avec notre fils trop jeune mais il y a beaucoup de petit chemin à pied pour se déplacer. on a profité de la maison pour les repas. très agréable avec une belle vue.

We were a bit disappointed by this house and its location. The neighbours are... two factories on which you have a view when having your meals on the main terrasse. Also the factories are noisy even at night, so expect to sleep with close windows. Being at the entrance of Bellagio driving from Lecco, it is quite far from the city center and dont expect to reach it on foot, because the roads are too narrow without any sidewalk, so really dangerous. The living room is quite small with very limited day light, so not so enjoyable when weather is bad. Missing a bit a of privacy between the kids and parents room. As usual in rentings, cleaning was average and we had to clean up the floor ourselves to remove dirt and hairs. There is a jacuzzi with a nice view on the lake on the second terrasse of the house, but we found this place too expensive for the features offered.
