Environnement plaisant et agréable pour un week-end, bien situé et proche de toutes commodités (centre ville, plage, restaurants etc.). En revanche, il manquait de nombreux équipements de base, comme du papier toilette en quantité suffisante, de l’essuie tout, de quoi faire la vaisselle (éponge ou pastille lave vaisselle), et du savon ne serait-ce que pour les mains au moins. Malheureusement, ces équipements ne figurent apparemment pas dans le contrat d’entretien , alors qu’ils sont annoncés dans l’annonce Airbnb.

The house was perfect. Brilliant location to beach and lake. Short bike ride to both. Directions to the property need to be better, the address takes you to another Eden park! We are a family of 5 and chose this house because we would all have a bedroom. Unfortunately, on arrival only 3 of the bedrooms had been made up and we had to be very insistent that we needed all of them! Anna had also said that she could sort bikes out for us and would be at the property on arrival, but they weren’t and had a stressful hour trying to sort them out myself! The gardener turned up on a Friday at 1:30pm saying he needed the garden for 1/2 hour. We were in the pool and sunbathing! We had no warning that he was going to turn up and wasn’t a convenient time for us, these things should be done at the convenience of the customer not the organisation! Anna, for us, was not helpful. The info book needs to have a lot More info on house and surroundings.

stayed at the villa for 6 nights on a family holiday, it was the first time we'd attempted it as an extended family and the villa was perfect for us, the kids loved the pool, there was plenty of space for everyone (with enough bathrooms not to argue over) and 2 great areas to all sit together to eat dinner in the evening. Our hosts were lovely and helped us out when we got a bit lost finding the villa on arrival and were extremely responsive to any issues/queries while there, they even sent through restaurant recommendations for a birthday, would really recommend the villa, thanks

This is a perfectly placed and utterly amazing house. Right on the golf course and surrounded by pine trees (but always drenched in sun - not shade) this is such an epic place. I can't think of a better place to stay in Lacanau as you're half way between the lake and the Ocean - both of which are 15 min bike ride or 35 min walk. Brilliant house, staff were great and would absolutely love to return again in the future.
