The pool was up the hill and it tooks a good amount of time to get there with the children specially in the hot sun

For the positive, Patricia was very nice & very responsive to me but this was a frustrating stay from start to finish. It would have been helpful if we could have had exact directions off the highway instead of an address. We used the address that Patricia gave us and the GPS took us to the wrong house, several miles away. Thankfully we were able to get a hold of Patricia by phone & she had us find her daughter at a local convenience store and then follow her daughter to the apartment. The pictures & description are very deceiving. There is not a pool onsite, it is somewhere else in the complex. No directions to where that was at. The kitchen was dirty, had tons of ants all over (maybe because of how hot CR is), had a dirty used dish sponge on the counter, no paper towel for us to use or dish clothes & no hand towels in the bathroom. The final straw was when we tried to go to sleep & something kept making a very loud banging noise on the roof all night long so we barely got any sleep.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We were not expecting such steep stairs to the loft bedroom. And we would have liked an outdoor seating area.
