My partner and I stayed over a month while waiting to move in to our new house. Karthik and Tany were very kind and helpful! Went above and beyond letting us store our bike in their garage and helping us out. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay long-term. The walkable distance to groceries and restaurants was very convenient. Karthik is a great guy and helped me out a lot when needed. A little bit damp and cold but that's reasonable for the basement. Some small issues but Karthik was great to work with. Overall great experience. I didn't mind their toddler, they weren't so loud.

Karthik and his family were great hosts and were very friendly. If you had any questions or concerns they were always there to help and support you as well as make your stay a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone!

We booked the accommodation for 30 days and actually stayed there for 21 days. The best part of the accommodation was complete privacy since it is a separate furnished unit in the basement. Karthik is very quick in responding to the needs of the tenants. The family is very friendly. Only a small feedback - some of the fittings / amenities have probably aged and require revamping. The overall illumination is low especially considering that the basement doesn't receive sufficient ambient light. Otherwise no major issues or complaints. We would surely recommend the place to anyone looking for an accommodation near Kanata Tech Park.
