This three storey detached house, with independent entrance, offers sweeping views of the forest and garden. With a total floor space of 110 m2, the ground floor features a dining table that seats 8, open plan fully equipped kitchen and sitting by the fireplace. The carefully designed interior, tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings, exudes traditional charm and character. On the upper level, you will find the master bedroom (queen bed 1.50 x 2 meters) with en suite bathroom (with bath tub), peripheral windows with varying points of relaxing view. On the lower level, a queen futon bed (1.50 x 2 meters) en suite bathroom (with bath tub) shares the same space with 1 single futon bed (0.80 x 2 meters), and a bunk bed, that is ideal for 2 people. 5 people can comfortably sleep here. The space also has direct access to the garden. Its magnificent spacious outdoors (100 m2, three areas) features a portable BBQ, a big wooden table for 8 people and 2 outdoor lounge chairs where guests can take in the amazing views and enjoy the garden to its fullest throughout all seasons. The scenery is surrounded by nature, that is why we call it Nature Villa!. Linden, cherry, walnut, chestnut and laurel trees whilst ivy flourishes in abundance. In addition, the pool area offers 2 day beds, 3 built beds, 1 swinging chair and a few smaller tables around with director's chairs, all sharing the surrounding pool and forest view.
