Loved this place! Exactly as in photos, beautiful and peaceful location. Pool was fantastic, huge and lovely area. Rooms are bright and cheerful, views of surrounding countryside far reaching. Plenty of bathrooms, towels are generous too. Caretaker Neil was friendly, helpful and offered good local market recommendations. Kitchen was well suited to cooking, would work well for a large group. Would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay with fantastic hosts. The house could certainly benefit from a deep clean and a bit of a fix up since some of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings are tired and in a few cases broken but otherwise a lovely spot.

I often use Airbnb and this was my WORST holiday ever. We were a group of 7 couples, with three pregnant women, looking forward relaxing in South of France. After only one night, Michael and Charlotte asked us to leave because we "partied". The truth is that we arrived late and we had dinner outside until 1 am (the only thing the tutor asked us was to turn the music down, which we actually did). The owner then just wrote us an e-mail asking us to leave. The police didn't even come and we didn't have the chance to speak to him that night. The morning after, we called Michael to apologize and he said it was too late. The fact is that NOWHERE in the description of the house, it is specified that there are other Airbnb around the castle, and NOWHERE it is written that eating outside of the house is forbidden. Why renting a castle to 14 people if noise is not allowed outside? We had to find new accommodation for 14 people 400 km away. In addition to the extra costs, this was very problematic and stressful for a group whose goal was to relax for a week in the south of France. But If only that was all... - The accommodation was not adapted to a group of 14 : there were no lights outside, almost no furniture around the swimming pool, not enough chairs to eat outside, only one barbecue out of the three announced (which was very small and in very bad condition (good luck if you want to cook for a big group of persons), no kitchen usensile adapted for 14 (no pan, etc), the coffee machine was not working. - The wifi connection was hardly working while some of us needed an internet connection to work. - There was a hornet's nest in the house. The "guardian" of the house came and sprayed the house with toxic material without professionally addressing the problem or contacting a competent person. The group included three pregnant women and the situation could have become catastrophic. - The swimming pool is VERY dirty (green algae all around the liner). I really don't recommend this place!!!

We had an amazing family holiday in the Chateau. It is a beautiful building set in tranquil countryside with stunning views. It was tastefully furnished and had plenty of space and amenities for a large group. The pool was large, clean and loved by adults and children. Communication with Charlotte was swift and helpful and Neil and Kelly were extremely kind and considerate. We highly recommend it and hope to return.

Wonderful and big château, with stunning views. Incredibly clean and well maintained, and very well decorated. A great pool and barbecue perfect for dinning outside. We have spent a week with our family and friends and cannot be more grateful to Charlotte and to the managers of the property, who have been extremely kind and have looked after us all the time. We strongly recommend it.
