Although the villa is a little bit old, but it is very spacious and big enough for 10 people to throw a party in this quite private mountain. It has everything we needed so we can cook by ourselves. The view from the balcony is also amazing. We can check out panorama view of Sepanca Lake from there.

Fatih the owner is amazing in every aspect. Communication was wonderful, he went above and beyond for our group all weekend. The terrace alone is worth the price of the whole home. We spent all our time there. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Fatih for welcoming and great responses before and during our stay at this place. Also thanks to Ebubekir for his assistance and offering help all the times. The location is amazing with great view to Sapanca Lake, the family enjoyed the view big time. The bedrooms are very good, spacious and well maintained while the building looks old little bit and some bathrooms have a smell. I recommend the daily cleaning of the bedrooms and the house to be included in the price and not addition charge to be added. Overall, the family spent great time, enjoyed the stay at the house and the view.

We had a work retreat with 15 coworkers at Fatih’s beautiful house, and it was just perfect! There was enough space for everyone to have privacy throughout the days, and the communal space was unforgettable - the view from the balcony and dining area overlooking Sapanca lake was the most gorgeous backdrop for our four day retreat. Fatih and his team were so lovely and very responsive to our various needs throughout our stay and made each of us feel completely at home. We also utilised the optional meal plan, and our team is still raving about the food and how delicious all of our meals were! As a global team coming to Türkiye from over ten different countries, many for the first time, Fatih’s house and hospitality was unmatched and we would do this again in a heartbeat! Very much recommended to all. Thank you so much to the whole team at this wonderful and unique oasis in Sapanca!
