We rented the property for New Years. It was easy to get there and the check in was flawless. The house is big, serene and confortable. You can see the ocean directly from the beach porch and many other rooms. Definitely a beauty. HOWEVER, it is NOT ADVERTISED that your beach gate/door on your downstairs balcony is SHARED with the house next door. We were happily outside with our kids and dogs, when people started OPENING the gate without our consent and BRINGING their dogs over our side. It could have been horrible, thankfully we were able to avoid any situation. At night, we had MANY people coming and going thru the gate (despite us already contacting SPI Rentals who spoke to the, to no avail). We didn't know how to lock the doors (it had a trick to do so); Next day we had an altercation with a woman who wanted to cross nonetheless. Awful. Also, the house needs maintenance, cleaning (i.e.hairs on showers) and love. Maintenance guys were very polite and tried their best to assit. Tks

The house is lovely and located directly to the beach. Three floors have nice sized rooms. The flooring is wood and tile - easy to clean. Kitchen is big and if it was outfitted correctly would be great for entertaining. After reading a few reviews I decided to pack a few "extras". Thank goodness we did!! The house sleeps 14+ people easily. Unfortunately, they can't all eat together! The picture shows a large dining room table, and indeed the table is big. It would seat 8-10, but there are only 4 dining room chairs. The bar has 8 high top chairs for that area, but again ... you still are not sitting with your family or group. There were no hot pads, limited baking dishes, no kitchen towels, and the wine bottle opener was broken. So off to the store we went! Wifi came and went - it was not consistent. We had plenty of hot water!! I love that! The 3rd floor bathrooms are the best!! One boasting an amazing steam shower with a window that opens to the beach. There wasn't a skimmer that we could find to keep the pool free of debris so the pool was often dirty. The temp was a bit cool for us, but it was heated. There are only 3 chairs for the patio, and 2 couches around the pool. It just seems like it hasn't been kept up. The condo is clearly dated, and needs some work done to it. (Light fixtures are missing, lightbulbs don't work, exhaust fan over the range doesn't work, commercial freezer is inop, doors don't all lock)
