Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible, de l'espace et de la nature, cette maison est faite pour vous. Elle dispose de l'essentiel et d'une TV connectée. Son état général est convenable et un peu rustique. La literie devrait en revanche être améliorée. La piscine privée de 15 mètres est un bonheur. Seul bémol, les taons qui perturbent votre tranquillité. Mais c'est le cas dans toute la région. Le cours de tennis est un peu fatigué, mais très pratique pour des amateurs qui cherchent simplement à s'amuser avec quelques échanges. Vittorio est un hôte attentionné, très sympa et très réactif. Passionné comme moi de sport, il m'a même consacré un après midi pour découvrir les environs en mode rando trail pendant 4 heures. Je recommande vivement !

We had a great stay in the villa from Vittorio. We enjoyed the scenery, the great garden, the tennis court, the quiet area, and the nice house. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would love to come back. Vittorio helped us a lot, he was flexible with all our demands. The beds were quite hard, but after some days we were used to it. Despite the warm temperatures, the house was cool inside, and it was a pleasant temperature at night, also the screens to protect against insects were more than useful.

The villa is in a beautifull place, high on a hill, quiet, surrounded by trees. The swimming pool (there was a second, smaller, pool too, but we did not use it) was very welcome and refreshing during our stay with temperatures over 38. The view at the pool, looking down the valley, 400 meters below, is great. The house itself can be kept quite cool - just keep the doors and shutters closed during the day. Vittorio, the host, lives on the high floors of the villa but is very discreet and respects the privacy of the guests. You will see him mainly in the morning when cleaning the pool. We used WhtsApp for communication and Vittorio was very responsive and always willing to help. Any downsides? Well, for nitpickers: the location is a bit north if you want to visit "typical" Tuscany. Expect a 1 to 1,5 hour drive to Siena, San Giminiano, Montalcino and the likes. The kitchen is also not the best equiped, but we hardly cooked ourselves, and when we did, it was adequate.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Personen mit Hund und hatten eine fantastische Zeit bei Vittorio. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Italien braucht. Die Lage war für uns ideal, ruhig und in wunderschöner Natur bietet das Haus und große Anwesen viele Möglichkeiten die Zeit dort zu genießen. Bei Tennisspielen, baden im Pool, lesen im Schatten der Bäume oder spazieren gehen verging die Zeit wie im Flug.Auch das Haus selbst lädt mit seinen zwei Kaminen und dem offenen Feuerplatz in der Küche zum entspannen ein, im Wohnzimmer kann man lesen, auch zum kochen oder Grillen gibt es ausgezeichnete Begebenheiten. Vittorio und seine Mutter waren darüber hinaus perfekte Gastgeber; zuvorkommend, diskret, extrem hilfsbereit, Hunde freundlich und stets erreichbar, um all unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Wir danken für eine fantastische Zeit in der Toskana und hoffen bald wieder zu Besuch zu kommen.
