Great central location for your convenience and parking is directly in front of the cottage for easy transfer of your belongings. Fillmore is a small, quiet town, but offers lots of outdoor fun. There are 2 grocery stores in town, along with fast food restaurants. Our personal favorite is, Tacos Los Ponchos. It is a locally owned Mexican food restaurant, located on the north end of town, next to the Best Western. Also, another fun locally owned, popular place is Cluffs Car Hop. A 50's style drive in with car hop's and great food. Enjoy multiple parks; Fillmore City, Wild life Park, Blue Star Park(eating area), The territorial Statehouse Park and Museum. Fillmore City Park has 3 areas to enjoy, along with a skateboard park, Pickleball courts, covered tables and splash pad. Make sure to check out that part above the Fillmore City sign. (on the park hill. ) Learn about Fillmore's history of being the first State Capital with a tour of the Territorial Statehouse Museum, located in the center of town. Local swimming pool, library and shopping are just blocks away. *15 minutes from local canyons, Meadow hot springs, Paiute ATV trails, and lava tubes. *30 minutes from historic Cove Fort. * 2 hours from trilobite and Topaz rock hounding. Millard County is know for outdoor adventures. You can pick up a booklet of things to do at the North Park Rest Area on south main street *Under 3 hours from Bryce , Zions, Arches National Parks. * 1 and 1/2 hours to Brian Head and Eagle Point ski resort.
