We came to town for a two-day fishing tournament out of the park next door. Evolve’s BNB was perfect for us! The covered boat slip was quickly accessible. With the water level being so low, the walkway to the slips may not be as accessible to those with mobility issues, but if water levels are closer to normal, would be a very easy walk. The apartment was as described, with plenty of amenities and space. Felt clean and like home. Enough parking for boat and trailer. Our favorite part was the proximity to Jannsen’s across the lake - an easy boat ride for the best food on the lake. We enjoyed dinner here two nights in a row. Great location. We will stay here again next time!

We enjoyed the rental and it was a short walk to the lake. We did not take our boat for this trip but a slip came with the unit and it was very assessable yet felt private. The kitchen had everything needed and bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I would suggest bringing your own toiletry products as shower soap and shampoo was not available. Also although there is a leash requirement for pets, other guests let their fur baby's run free. They were friendly pets but barking in the morning and wanting to love on us when we didn't want it was a little bothersome.

Unit #2 was a great weekend getaway spot. Beds were very comfortable and the front porch was nice to sit on. Walkable to the boat dock, but you cannot see the boat dock from the cabin, nor the water. Lighting could be updated throughout the bedrooms and home. Truly that was the only negative to the entire place. Greer's Ferry Lake is amazing. Janssen's Restaurant is a must - had dinner one night, and brunch on Sunday. Highly recommend when your in the area.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The docks are super convenient to the cabin and it is so nice having a dedicated slip. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We love the outdoor space and there is plenty of room for everyone to hang out and grill after being on the boat. There are several delicious restaurants that are convenient by both car and boat. This is one of our favorite places and we’ll definitely be back!
