We picture a beautiful get away with a bit of luxury, this was not what we got, we got basic, no towels, no welcome, it was bland and unwelcoming, they balcony furniture had cigarette burns in it and smelt smoky and wasn’t pleasant to sit out in, the hot tub jets didn’t work and the hot tub was in the car park, with others walking past to go to the honesty shop! On our way home James harassed us for the money for the hot tub, and when I explained the hot tub didn’t work he was very unhelpful and then harassed me sending 8 more messages and we had only just left! I have stayed in lots of beautiful welcoming lodges and I would never recommend this one ever! Avoid!!!!!!!

The Lodge was perfectly clean and tidy, James was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when we had a flat tyre! He came to us with his own pump & gave recommendations. The location was perfect, there even is a little on site shop which was really handy! James provided us with a travel cot and high chair for our baby too. A perfect stay overall. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge.We booked it as surprise for a friend’s 40th and she loved it! The lodge was warm, cosy, and clean. The rooms were fantastic and we all slept well. The location was so beautiful and peaceful and the hot tub was amazing.

Beautiful lodges. Great space for a large group or family. Everything you could need there for a short stay. Was perfect for our family reunion in the area.
