This large, stylish apartment with a large terrace is located in a trendy area, just 50 meters from the famous 31de Agosto street, 5 minutes walk to the beach and view of the Plaza de la Constitución. This large apartment is designed for 7 guests, and has 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 single bed. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and internet for those who want to stay in touch with friends and family. These apartments are ideal for families and professionals. Walking you will find many museums, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. This area is an excellent choice for those who are interested in local culture, sights, monuments and living in the city.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the most awesome location. It is noisy at night as there are late bars downstairs though.

Spacious apartment overlooking the square in the heart of old town. Would stay here again.

Great stay, clean, very well situated and a communicative, friendly host. The only minor downside, is one side of the apartment is immediately above a bar that's open until 3am, so bring earplugs 😊

El lugar más importante de San Sebastián es, sin duda, la Parte Vieja. Sus calles, llenas de tiendas, restaurantes, bares de pintxos y sociedades gastronómicas, suelen estar totalmente animadas en cualquier época del año.
Dentro de este recinto están dos de los templos religiosos más importantes de la ciudad: la Basílica de Santa María del Coro y la Iglesia San Vicente. Cabe visitar, también, el Museo San Telmo, situado en un antiguo convento, y la Plaza de la Constitución. En la misma tienen lugar la mayoría de los acontecimientos festivos de la ciudad. Sus coloridas fachadas, con números pintados en cada balcón, nos recuerdan que antiguamente fue una plaza de toros.
