Residential area and very quiet. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Use exclusive for the group who rent it and do not share with others guest. During the winter the house is heated with electric stoves, but since these are high consumption it is important to take the following into account: -Do not turn them on for long continuous hours and turn off lights that are not used to avoid overheating and possible dangers. -Take care that if all the stoves are turned on at the same time, do so at a moderate power level, as they can cause electrical cuts in the automatic safety switches to warn of an electrical overload, especially at night when all the lights and appliances are on. high consumption such as electric kettles, hair dryers or clothes washing machines. Excelente lugar para hospedarse amplio y cómodo
el alojamiento es muy cómodo, amplio y a un buen precio. El encargado responde inmediatamente cuando se le escribe.
Acomodação maravilhosa. A casa é excelente e limpa, possui todas as coisas que foram anunciadas, o wifi funcionou bem enquanto estávamos lá. Do todo, não temos reclamações relevantes. Nossa estadia foi um sucesso.
We were very disappointed upon arrival. While we knew there was no air conditioning, the host shared in advance that AC is not typical and we should be comfortable with the windows left open. Unfortunately, none of the windows have screens and one of the bedrooms does not have windows, only a sliding glass door. This presented a security concern as well as a concern from flying insects. We were very uncomfortable leaving the house wide open all night, especially given the 8 foot security fence. The home also had clutter, dirty floors, and there were active and dead ants in the home. The home smelled like it had recently been fumigated, which did not smell good. There was no way my family and friends would get a peaceful nights rest in this home. We canceled and checked in to the local Marriott.
A localização da casa é muito boa e a casa também é muito boa! Em relação a internet funcionou bem no 1º dia e depois não mais. Apenas uma das redes funcionando e oscilando muito. Sobre as acomodações da casa, dos 5 quartos todos estavam arrumados, porém são apenas 2 quartos com cama de casal e 1 suite. Viajamos em 8 pessoas e o que deixou a desejar foram os utensílios da casa e roupa de banho, etc. Uma casa que comporta 11 pessoas tinha apenas 1 secador de cabelo pequeno e bem fraco. Haviam 2 ferros de passar, porém 1 não funcionava . Toalhas de banho e de rosto tinham apenas 7 unidades de cada. Pano de prato não tinha nenhum, e também notamos muitos cabelos espalhados pela casa, além de formigas em todos cômodos. Mas, isso não foi problema algum, gostamos demais da casa, voltaria sem dúvidas! Nota geral 9,00
