Cottawalla is where you should be when in Blackheath. Super central. The house is also charming and full of history.

Beautiful cosy cottage just a short walk away from local shops and cafes but far enough away that was still peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen was well stocked & appreciated the extra little touches like porridge and spreads for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cottawalla, which is a marvellous example of a modern twist on a historic Mountains cottage, right in the heart of Blackheath. The amenities of the home are top-tier, and the stunning backyard and cosy sitting room with its fireplace were highlights, particularly on the crisp Autumn nights. Cottawalla is thoughtfully and delightfully presented with Victoria and Michael making the booking, check-in and stay experience a breeze. A better location in Blackheath is hard to find with all the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops of the village literally at your doorstep. Thanks for having us and we look forward to our next stay in Blackheath.
