I spent 2 months in Frederic”s place for winter. The flat had everything you’d need for a long stay and everything was pristine and modern. Frederic could not have been more friendly and welcoming. He showed me everything in a sort of ‘induction’ to the flat and gave helpful local information. He was on hand by message for any queries or things needed during the stay. The area is fantastic with the sea just steps away, a wonderful lively marina with shops and restaurants about 5 mins away and public transport on hand. Great location from which to explore the Côte d’Azur from St Raphael to Menton - all easily accessible by local train. Superb!

My very first airbnb, Frederic was amazing, my son and I had a wonderful trip. A one minute walk to the sea, a 3 minute walk to a large grocery store, and plenty of wonderful restaurants. Would love to return. Parking was a nice plus.

The apartment was so handy for everything that we wanted to see and do. Car park in the basement was perfect. It really is very close to the beach and wonderful restaurants, and a 24/7 supermarket. We arrived late and Fred had supplied us with provisions for breakfast. We asked for advice for local areas and he was quick to respond. We had a great time! Many thanks Fred!
