This is the second time we've stayed at Erica's for Thanksgiving week. Erica's place is clean and we've not had any major issues. Erica is quick to respond and friendly. The place is a block away from the beach and not far from restaurants. The only issue we ran into this trip was that the hot tub wasn't working on the day we decided to hang out at the condo. Definitely recommend nonetheless.

Loved our stay at Erica's place. We did have an issue with the A/C on the first day but Erica had it fixed the same day and the rest of our stay was comfortable and lovely. Our kids loved the pool, it was a close walk to the beach and we had everything we needed in the condo! Would definitely recommend for others to stay here, especially if they have little kids like us!

A great space within walking distance to the beach. Nice and quiet as well! Look forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful place! So close to the beach and close to Wanna Wanna! Great pool and courtyard (perfect for the kiddos to continue to play while parents relax after a long day at the beach). Erica was great at communicating! We are definitely bookmarking this place for our beach trip next year!
