We love this home, and this is our second time renting this property. The home is beautiful. Location to Tigertail beach, makes this the ideal beach home as there is no need to pack the car. Everyone can walk to the beach and stay as long as they wish; then return to swim in the home's pool or jacuzzi! For those unfamiliar with Tigertail, the shortest route is to enter the main parking lot and walk to the lagoon and cross here to get to the beach. For those that do not wish to cross the lagoon, it is a 1-mile walk to the beach. Shelling was great and the beach is NOT crowded. Mangement team is responsive to all requests made.

The pool and lanai were a disgrace. There were hair ties, water bottles, bottle caps, cigarette butts, and clumps of hair floating in the pool. The skimmer was barely useable as it is ripped and torn. No response from you until Monday is unacceptable and we had to clean and make the pool semi useable. We lost valuable pool time because of this. Once entering we found a half eaten bagel in the kitchen cabinet. Dirty utensils. Cereal on the floor in the bedrooms. We had to vacuum to feel comfortable. Garbage under the beds. A clump of hair in the upstairs shower. A big hairy fur ball next to the couch in the family room. Beach chairs and umbrella are so old they are ripped and torn and unusable. The ice machine was not fixed until Tuesday and we had to buy our own. Beautiful house poorly maintained. Not worth the money spent better off at the JW Marriott.

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week on Marco Island. The house was beautiful and very clean. All the amenities of home. The views of the waterway were very nice and the young adults enjoyed paddle boarding through the canals. The outdoor pool space was a huge hit each day. I would like to clarify, for future guest, that the beach ENTRANCE is close and diagonal to the house, however: the beach itself is more than a short walk. If you are planning on going to the beach and needing to carry chairs, cooler, ect.... it's a pretty long haul...like close to a mile. There is a way of going that involves a lagoon but I was not interested in wading across this, especially with little ones to get to the beach quicker. Also know that Marco Island has very strict ordinances with parking. Please know where and how to park at the residences to avoid parking tickets. Some KAREN nearby reported us because our car was blocking the sidewalk while parked in the driveway. Overall, I would recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The communication with our host was great and check-in process was seamless. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the view from the back of the house on the canal was beautiful. The house had plenty of the supplies you would expect to have and the proximity to the beach was awesome. Perfect stay.

Home is beautiful and is as pictured. Towels and beach towels were plentiful. Appliances worked very well. We had difficulties heating the pool and especially the spa during our entire stay. The bathrooms and furniture are not clean. The bedding was extremely dirty. The home also has bed bugs. My entire family has bed bug bites, especially my young daughter. If home was cleaner the stay would have been nice. The dirtiness of the home was very disappointing, especially that I have to now handle the bed bugs before going home. The location and home, especially outside, is very nice. The inside needs a lot of cleaning.
