Robert & Sonya were fantastic hosts. They were very proactive and detailed with all communication. They were welcoming and always asked about any needs we had when we saw each other in passing on their shared patio, but were never intrusive. The space is cozy and has just about anything you could need - toiletries of all types, dishes/silverware, coffee, games, books, sporting equipment, portable speaker, cooler, towels, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. They left snacks and a nice hand written card for our arrival. The water is within view of the room. The view is gorgeous. There is not a sandy beach at this location (as is the same for much of the island, we discovered); it's rocky. The pool is nicer than expected from the photos. They offer suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Those are quite helpful. We became "regulars" at Czech Inn & loved the food and view at Vivo, both their recommendations. I highly recommend this place for convenience & value.

What a great stay! Super friendly and helpful hosts. The room was stocked with everything you could possibly want and more. We were amazed at all the amenities! Snacks, coffee, games, any toiletry you could possibly need, gear for the beach, and more. And the bed…oh my goodness it was sooo comfy! We had a lovely stay.

Magical is the first word that comes to mind . The place is pristine and beautiful. You are steps away from magnificent snorkeling right outside your doorsteps. We snorkeled right outside almost every evening . You’re close to amazing restaurants and are within 5 minutes to a grocery store . Even though the place was amazing I must say Sonja and Robert were truly amazing hosts . They make sure you have everything you need and make you feel like family . Don’t keep looking book this place now !!! You won’t regret it ! You’ll make magical memories here without a doubt !! Thank you Sonja and Robert for your amazing 🤩 hospitality!

We can’t provide much here that hasn’t already been explained in previous reviews, but here goes…Robert and Sonya’s sliver of paradise in the Cayman’s is off the charts fantastic in every way possible. The unit is carefully equipped for what seems to be a singular and targeted purpose…to make guests feel at home. It does not feel like a vacation rental at all and that is really difficult to project for guests. Minor details matter tremendously 🤟. These wonderful hosts clearly understand that. On top of it all, the sense of belonging we were blessed with as 🇺🇸 tourists is hard to put into words. We have never felt so welcome in another country. Robert and Sonya’s is truly your home away from home. Lastly, as a facilities director, I can’t help but mention how well maintained the property is from the curb in…an easily overlooked detail. The A/C was cold, water was hot, and every single fixture worked perfectly. The photos don’t do it justice and we can’t wait to come back!

Private location with a quick stroll across the lawn to get to the ocean and watch the waves or to swim in the pool. Sonya was very informative and super responsive to us. She was there to say hi on our first day and was a lovely host.
