The cabin is located in a pretty little valley. It is right next to a busy road which takes away a little from the stay because of the noise. Lots of space for our doggos to run. One thing is that this place does not have a kitchen as the listing states. It is only a microwave and a mini fridge. We brought meals to cook and were very disappointed that we were unable to do that. We made do with the grill but it was very inconvenient.

This is a super cute and cozy little cabin. The location worked great for us. We had a wedding in Stoddard and plans with friends at Branches. Being only 5 minutes away from the winery was excellent! Our pup enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Bill was super friendly and met us at in and chatted with us before we left. We had a wonderful weekend!

We loved our peaceful little cabin that Bill built. Just what we needed. We visited a winery nearby and a restaurant that Bill recommended. Close to La Crosse and and a drive along the river. Better than a hotel to enjoy the peace and quiet!

Bill was an outstanding host. So down to earth and easy to get along with. We were able to come and go as we please. Bill even had the cabin ready for us ahead of check in time. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area. It’s also a great place to stay if your looking to check out state parks/hiking trails. Location is amazing!
