This house was perfect for what we needed, which was a couple month stay while waiting to move into our home. Jeffrey was very friendly and responded quickly to any messages sent! Our cats also loved all the windows to lay in! Would definitely recommend this to anyone for a short or long term stay!

My husband, myself, and our two large dogs lives here during the second half of my assignment at ECU Health. This was the absolute perfect place that had everything we needed for seriously the best price. The yard is completely fenced in and our dogs LOVED IT. (They were sad to leave their doggo neighbors.) The house has two large bedrooms with full beds, two full baths upstairs, and a half bath/laundry room down. Great closet space and dressers in both rooms. AC works like a charm. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The porch is the best for sitting out on during the rain storms. Jeff was super prompt with communication and very helpful/prompt with getting the dryer fixed. It’s about a 20 minutes drive to the hospital, but grocery stores and everything are only about 5-10 minutes away. 1000000% would recommend this to anyone visiting Greenville for a longer stay. Great location, quiet, and super safe. Hopefully can come back and stay again with another contract!

FANTASTIC stay in Jeff's ABnB. Nice sitting area with yard for pets, 2 bedroom with enough space for anything you brought. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of parking, Only thing that kept it from a 5 star location rating was the Road next to us would occasionally be loud. But that was minor. REALLY enjoyed it.

Super close to vidant medical center and really good for pets. Jeffery was always bringing in any packages I had to the garage for me if I wasn’t home which was awesome and he was always quick to respond. It is an older house so for me I was always cold . I stayed during winter and there were some appliance issues that Jeffery said he would fix when I let him know (the oven) but again always quick to respond. I always felt safe .

Awesome stay. I was working at Vidant and it was a easy 15/20 min drive to work. Traveled with my dog and cat and the place had a fenced in yard which was perfect. Used Coral off of Rover to let my dog out and she was awesome as well. Just a great experience. Very happy with my stay and experience. Jeff was always quick to respond and help if I had questions.
