It was a really great vacation! Great house with a huge beautiful yard right on the beach. The place is quiet and wonderful for rest, and at the same time 5-6 minutes walk from the coastal area with restaurants and shops. Maria is a great host, kind, welcoming and responsive! Thank you! ❤️

Beautiful property, easy access to the sea and the town nearby! The host was really helpful and responsive and she had provided everything as described. The property can comfortably house 8 people and is excellent for families woth kids who want to spend all their time together.

We had a great time at Maria's house! We especially loved the big and well-maintained garden and the beach which is right in front of the house. The central Polychrono beach was very crowded while the beach in front of Maria's house was very pleasant and with very few people. The view from the outside table was magnificent. We had all of our meals outside and admired the sea and the roses and palm trees in the garden. The area around the house is very peaceful and quiet. It is not too far from the central beach of Polychrono and all the restaurants there, but is a good distance away from all the noise. Ideal for families with children. Maria was a very pleasant host. She responded quickly when we contacted her and was ready to answer whatever questions we had. Thanks for hosting us, Maria! We had a lovely stay at your place! :)

We had great time for our family with 3 toddlers. The yard is amazing, with shadows from the palm trees and few steps from the beach. The beach is nice with pebbles and enough sand for kids to play and walk barefoot safely. Though, the entrance in the water gets a bit too steep after few meters for toddlers, but is still safe to not lose them underwater and to enjoy the sea freely. The host also offers chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas for the beach. The porch has a fantastic view and is very spacious. The whole house is on the ground level and very practical. The interior is a bit dated but functional, spacious and friendly for children. Due to north-east orientation of the porch, and most of the windows, the house cools down from the breeze, so the absence of AC units is not an inconvenient. The host was very flexible with the check-in and check-out time and a very pleasant person with 3 children also and very sympathetic with families with small children. Thank you Maria, we'll love to be your guests again.

Maria’s place is simply wonderful! We were three families with 4 kids (a total of 10 people) and the villa and garden were spaceous enough to fit us all. We have been looking a long time for a place for which we could comfortably say “this is it! we would love to come here every year” and we finally found it. The villa is just one floor which is great when you are with kids, very spaceous living room and kitchen. From the house you can go out in the very large and beautiful garden and from there directly to the beach. The beach was also good (sand and small stones) and great warm water. The barbecue in the garden is really great and functional. The villa is just 500 m away from the center of Polychrono, so close to tavernas and shops. We really had a great time at Maria’s place and were impressed by how functional the place is. One could really tell that the place is maintained and created with a lot of care and attention. Thank you, Maria and we will definitely come again!
