Incredibly unhelpful host. We have been travelling in Europe for two months, visited seven countries and stayed in 13 airbnbs. Most hosts have been very friendly, some businesslike but all polite and helpful. The host of this property seemed to be offended that I asked if we could drop our bags in early, something most people were fine with. She could have simply told us upfront that this was not possible but instead just stopped communicating. I had to get airbnb support just to get the check in details, which she provided at 12.08 on the day of our arrival. She then ignored several follow up questions and later claimed to have had trouble with the app. In her ad she boasts of responses within an hour, but clearly not for those who ask questions she doesn't like

Fantastic apartment ~ well designed & clean. Great location (up 2 flights of stairs) in the heart of Beaune. Restaurants/cafes & shops all around. The flat is on the Main Street & one bedroom & the living area faces out onto this so there was noise throughout the night. Would definitely return.

Isabel’s apartment is very central with restaurants and bakery just below the apartment. Nice apartment with strong heaters and hot showers. Well lit apartment with numerous windows as well.

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour!! L’appartement est confortable et idéalement situé, en plein centre ville de Beaune. Isabel est très agréable et réactive. Seul petit bémol : vaisselle / ustensiles de cuisine un peu limité lorsque l’on est 6

Isabel was a very accommodating host. She was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, right in the middle of shops and restaurants, yet very quiet.
