Absolutely stunning Villa!! Super comfy beds, soft towels, clean, very well-equipped. We had some issues with the pool- it wasn’t heated upon arrival as we requested so our first night in the pool was pretty cold. (Def recommend heating!) And then the pool water level was too low to run through the infinity pool overflow so it was gurgling all day (which the pool guys fixed) but felt for the price we paid to heat the thing, these should have been handled before arrival. They did take $100 off so that was nice. They have a water cooler on site that they brought refills for whenever needed. Big plus for us. Taylor bay we thought was the most beautiful beach and it was just across the street! Bring bug spray!! Sand flies and mosquitos were awful for us when we stayed and chewed up a couple of us pretty good. Hot water was an issue for us. We ran out a couple of times and there didn’t appear to be hot water for the tub in the master suite so we couldn’t use it. Amazing place otherwise!

Absolutely stunning villa, 15 mins from Grace Bay which is a great spot for snorkeling, Taylor and Spodilla are 5/10 mins away and beautiful also. The villa in itself you don't want to leave. Swimming in the pool and overlooking the islands is so relaxing. The winds are a little challenging for kayaking to the islands (or from mostly against the current), and to enjoy the facilities outside in the evening (when we were there in August), but it doesn't in any way take away anything from this place. Julian was very responsive, and when we had an issue he was onto it within minutes. They have thought of everything. The only thing I thought may have been good for them is a poolside toilet, to save you dripping water across floors to use a toilet if you need to, but again just a minor detail! The air con is charged on top so you do need to be mindful of that too. We loved it, and will be booking to go back next year. Thank you so very much, it is a piece of paradise!

Awesome place to stay for our family. We loved being on Chalk Sound...quite, beautiful. The views are just amazing. The outdoor spaces are a dream. The house well appointed and nice. One of our best experiences and vacations our family has ever taken. Doug and Laura
