Two wonderful cottages with large plot, private beach and wood-fired hot tub with incredible views over Lake Vänern and Halleberg. A small paradise for those who love peace and quiet, proximity to nature and a harmonious environment. When you park the car and go down the stairs to the property, you see the Lake Vänern stretch out. On the way down to the site you pass the small cottage (about 30 sqm) consisting of a small bedroom (double bed), open-plan kitchen together with living room. There is a kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker and microwave. In the kitchen there is only cold water (if you need hot water there is a kettle). In the living room there is a bedside cabinet to sleep in for a kid or short adult and a sofa with divan. This cottage is located higher than the main cabin and has a nice semi-glazed veranda with infra-red heating and furniture facing the lake Vänern. A stairway further down you will find the large lawn with football goals for the kids and a waterfall at the house knot. Swing for children between 3-8 years at the big oak. There are outdoor furniture, large sun-umbrella and a charcoal grill to use in fine weather. If you enter the veranda to the main house, this is partially glazed with infra-red heating and table and chairs. The main house (about 90 sqm) has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the children's room there is a bunk bed (120 cm under and 90 cm over), toys and storage space in the form of a small chest of drawers to put clothes in. The living room has a TV and a large sofa for up to 7 people as well as an armchair next door. Here you can make a fire in the fire place and if you want and here is also the air heat pump. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a large wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet, sink, shower cubicle and a water heater. In the kitchen you will find a kitchen table with a large table with 4 chairs. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. If you go further down to the water you pass the wood-fired hot tub with seating for 6-8 people. The hot tub has lighting in itself for bathing during the evening / night. On the private beach there are two sunbeds. A wooden deck and one in concrete. There is also a small jetty and a stairway down the water for those who want to. Here too there is a small waterfall that opens into Lake Vänern.
