Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Lucia sehr genossen. Wirklich sehr schönes Appartement mit Pool. Die private Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist Abends wunderschön beleuchtet und mit Gasgrill und Aussenküche toll zum geniessen. Liegestühle, Badetücher, Bademäntel, 2 Badezimmer, Küche, alles war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Dorf und doch sehr ruhig. San Pantaleo ist ein schmuckes Städchen mit Caffe‘s und Restaurant‘s. Wunderschöne Strände sind innert 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Spiaggia Rena bianca und Spiaggia Capriccioli sind ein Besuch wert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Stunning property and location. Lucia was a lovely host who was easy to get on with. The place is sadly let down by owners’ rules & attitude towards tourists. The location, decor and facilities are top drawer but my family and I (2 adults, 1 toddler) were made to feel unwelcome at times throughout the trip. This included having to sign a waiver upon check-in to say we won’t sue the property due to some internal stairs. Also at check-in we were presented with 3 printed screenshots of various items of furniture from the property with price tags which Lucia pointed out were to “remind people to look after them”. We were also greeted with hostility by some neighbours (owners) due to “noise” and “mess”, which was literally just us socialising with other neighbours in the pool who also had a toddler . Obviously this brings with it some towels, toys and a bit of noise but nothing overly loud or disrespectful. Would 100% stay in beautiful San Pantaleo again, but probably not here.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, hat einen ganz eigenen Hinterhof, in dem man entspannen, aber auch draußen essen kann und nach vorne einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Den Poolbereich teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, wir haben aber selten jemanden getroffen.

Paride greeted us to check in and came to inspect the place at check out. He was very friendly and helpful. There was a black out the first night, likely due to the heavy usage of the a/c in the midst of extreme heat in Sardinia and Lucia contacted me at 4 am and promptly showed up herself to address the issue. This is a very stylish place located a stone throw’s away from a picturesque piazza with lots of restaurants and boutiques. Other than a microwave oven and hair conditioner, Lucia’s place has everything that a traveler needs for a short or long stay. It is ideally located to explore north Sardinia — 20-minute drive to Porto Cervo and a 30-minute drive to Porto Pollo and Palau. The fridge was also stocked with a few essentials - bottles of flat and sparkling water, a carton of milk and a bottle of wine. There was a mocha pot and a bag of Lavazza coffee that we used to make espresso everyday. We would definitely stay here again if our travels lead us back to Sardinia.

This villa was fantastic. It's situated right in the heart of the beautiful mountain village of San Pantaleo, yet it's extremely peaceful. The accommodation was clean and modern. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were very well maintained. I highly recommend this Airbnb.
