Myron was a great host. He checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He has the house well stocked and the kitchen had everything you’d need. The location can’t be beat. It was fun to stay in such a beautiful home with so much history. I loved all his notes about the history of the house.

The kitchen was well furnished, an the house was beautiful and comfortable. There was one night we ;had 16 people at the house and it accomodated everyone comfortably. We could walk downtown and to the city beach which was really nice! We would stay there again.

The Clausen House is the perfect place for a family retreat in Clear Lake. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Tall ceilings and beautiful woodwork. The five bedroooms and three bathrooms suited our 12-person, 3-generation family. We all fit around the dining room for dinner when we weren’t out on the screened porch. Walking downtown or to the lake is easy. Myron is very responsive to questions. We highly recommend!

Our second year in a row that we’ve stayed here! We love the downtown location. The house is very clean and lots of little extra touches from Myron and family. Thank you! Another great year of memories!!

We absolutely love staying at the Clausen House for our family reunion each year! Myron is a wonderful host and a great communicator! We love the home because the layout has so many unique gathering spaces from the kitchen and dining area to the living rooms and porches. We also appreciate that each bedroom provides wonderful rest at the end of each day!
