Olga's 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my month long visit to Toronto for my son's wedding. It is spacious, attractively decorated, and well stocked with linen and all other essentials. The location is fabulous - an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the subway. I would highly recommend this listing!

Casa espaçosa e confortável, bem localizada. Mas a dona é muito rude. Tivemos problemas com ela. 1-Ficamos sem internet por quase uma semana e a dona não parecia se esforçar para resolver o problema. Isso nos causou sérios transtornos pois estávamos trabalhando remotamente para o Brasil. Tivemos gastos extras por conta disso. 2-Tentamos incluir hóspedes na reserva por apenas 1 fds, respeitando a capacidade máxima da casa, mas a dona começou a criar regras que não estavam explícitas no anúncio. E ainda nos enviou uma cobrança pelos hóspedes extras por 1 mês inteiro ao invés de 1 fds. Desonesta. 3-Em vários momentos que precisamos interagir com a dona, ela foi rude, ríspida, mal educada e sem consideração.

One of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Olga is very fast to respond and is very friendly. Great location with many restaurants, parks, and the subway nearby. Quiet home while still be closing to everything. Comfortable bed and living area. Highly recommend.

A true nightmare! I booked this place for a month but canceled after a week with full refund. The hostile owner is disrespectful, manipulative, threatening and totally non-communicative. Blocking the doorway, she prevented me from bringing my belongings inside, threatened to cancel the reservation and asked me to leave the premises immediately, which I did. After a two hour conversation with Airbnb support staff I was told to leave the place ASAP with full refund. After I received the refund, a message came from the owner requesting $4294 for damages! Anticipating this baseless vengeance, prior to my departure I took pictures of every corner of the apartment and submitted to Airbnb. The case awaits resolution as I write. I am Canadian and I have lived in Toronto for seven years. If you plan to visit Toronto, I have only one advice for you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And to the Airbnb staff: out of care and respect for your guests you should remove this listing from your website.
