Really enjoyed my two month stay here so much that I bought a house in the same area! The location is very safe and it’s easy to walk everywhere.

Cozy place for short or long term stays. We had everything we needed to live here through the holidays while we closed on our home. We stayed with our two pups, and there’s a park/ playground close by (Princeton Park) just a few blocks away. Easy access to the highway and great area near dining options. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando and looking for a turn key and accessible place!

A beautifully decorated, cozy cottage that was absolutely perfect for my 10 week stay in College Park! Even two hurricanes couldn’t put a damper on my trip and I was fortunate to not lose power for more than a couple hours total for both storms! All the essentials were in the house including plenty of cooking ware, towels, and cleaning supplies. I absolutely loved the neighborhood! Very walkable and easy to navigate around plus plenty of good places to eat in downtown College Park. Communication with the owners during check in and regarding an issue with the dishwasher could have gone better, but overall, this place deserves all 5 stars and more. I would most definitely stay here again!

The air bnb was perfectly clean and a great size! It had everything we needed including all cook ware and a ton of storage to make our month stay very comfortable!
